The staff in North Haven is always pleasant. Very little wait time, if any, to see your doctor. I am a patient of Sue Sandor who is absolutely wonderful. She listens to my concerns. Rather than just writing prescriptions and ushering me out the door she takes the time to offer common sense measures I can take to avoid costly medications and improve my health. I always feel that I am heard as a patient and would recommend CareMedica and Sue Sandor to anyone looking for a competent and caring internist.

I usually go to CareMedica's Hamden location, but go to their office in North Haven and Wallingford if scheduling is more convenient on that particular day. But wherever I go, I've always been treated in a curious, prompt and caring way. Particularly during this time of pandemic, it's more difficult for everyone one in all essential services and having safety protocols and measures in place, service was still top notch.

She listens. My issues are complex and I tend to be long-winded.. (some doctors don't want to deal with it) I feel comfortable talking to her. She is quick in getting a game plan in motion. Great bedside manner. Best I've seen. and with the amount of doctors I've seen over the past 10 years, that's saying a lot.
