Dr. Eric Freitas, MD, is a board-certified Family Medicine physician who has been practicing since completing his residency in 2016. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and his Doctor of Medicine from St. George’s University in 2013. Having lived in nine states and visited nearly all 50, Dr. Freitas brings a broad perspective shaped by diverse regional healthcare environments.
His experience spans large healthcare systems, telemedicine platforms, and concierge medicine. Dr. Freitas is particularly focused on improving patients’ health span through preventive care and lifestyle-centered approaches. He chose Family Medicine for its comprehensive scope, allowing him to treat a wide range of conditions and serve a diverse patient population—including migrant workers, business professionals, and athletes.
