Dr. Mohammed grew up in Florida. She graduated from college with University Honors and Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology and Molecular Biology. Whilst in college, Dr. Mohammed spent her free time volunteering at a local Florida hospital.
After medical school, she went on to complete her residency training in the North East region of the U.S. and became Board Certified in her specialty.
In the past, she has worked as a Hospitalist Attending physician at various hospitals and has gone on to gain both inpatient and outpatient experience in her specialty over her years in practice.
In her spare time, Dr. Mohammed enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and participating in various extracurricular activities, one of which will include volunteering her medical services at a locally based free clinic in Connecticut.
