Tiffany Deschamps, FNP-BC, began her nursing career at St. Vincent's Hospital (Worcester, MA) in 2021, quickly advancing to lead floor nurse in Med-Surg while pursuing her Nurse Practitioner degree. She earned her FNP-BC in 2024 after studying at MCPHS and gaining clinical experience across New England.
A Cum Laude graduate of UCONN with dual Bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Biological Sciences, Tiffany received multiple honors, including the Ace and President's Awards, and was an Honor's Scholar. Her passion for medicine was solidified through research at UCONN and subsequent clinical work.
Known for her cheerful professionalism in patient care, nurse orientation, and crisis leadership, Tiffany's dedication to helping others extends to her membership in Nurses Without Borders.
